Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-energy PT team and deliver exceptional member outcomes. You will hire, train, and coach Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants, oversee PT services, and ensure accurate programming and progress tracking while aligning with club goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• Solid understanding of the fitness industry, market and key business drivers.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving goals.
