Crunch Fitness in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a Personal Training Manager responsible for maximizing member engagement and retention in personal training services. You will manage and coach a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery of training services.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a focus on member service, and the ability to drive performance through effective management and communication.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Knowledge of Crunch programs is preferred.
• Experience in coaching or motivating groups.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize member participation in Personal Training Services.
• Ensure high-quality program delivery by Personal Trainers.
• Manage and coach training staff to achieve performance goals.
