Job summary

COPPELL CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a PT Manager to recruit, onboard, and mentor personal trainers, ensuring they meet performance expectations of the Club4Fitness program. The role drives monthly production growth and maintains policy adherence across the department.

The PT Manager communicates changes clearly, supports new member sales strategies, and collaborates with the PT Director to optimize club performance and trainer development.

Qualifications

• Be a Certified Personal Trainer with a current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in selling personal training programs is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Pass a personal trainer strength and conditioning assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new personal trainers with a 30-day plan and mentorship.
• Schedule trainings to master POS systems (Peak or ABC Financial).
• Coach trainers on client consultations and prospecting.
• Lead staff and enforce Club4F policies and procedures.
• Promote client retention and support sales growth.
• Assign clients to trainers and conduct session quality reviews.
• Support new member sales strategies and training directors’ initiatives.
• Assist with interviews during club openings or visits.
