Qualifications

• Certified PT with experience training private clients.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding activities for new trainers covering first 30 days; coordinate with Assistant PT Manager as needed.
• Schedule trainings to ensure staff know the Peak or ABC Financial POS system for each CLUB4 facility.
• Coach trainers on running client consultations and shadow experiences.
• Instill proficiency in appointment setting and prospecting within the department.
• Lead staff in following C4F policies and procedures, including cancel/freeze policies.
