Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Must hold a current fitness certification from approved organizations.
• CPR/AED certification required and cardio fitness knowledge.
• Experience training private clients and motivating clients.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active social media presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding plan for first 30 days of new hires.
• Schedule trainings to ensure staff proficiency with POS systems.
• Coach trainers for effective client consultations.
• Lead the team and enforce policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly trainer business planning and reporting.
• Support recruitment and new member sales strategies.
• Maintain high levels of client retention and service.
