Job summary

Club4Fitness in Houma, LA is seeking a PT Manager to recruit, onboard, and mentor personal trainers, ensuring they meet performance expectations within Club4Fitness programs. You will drive growth through coaching, policy enforcement, and hands-on leadership.

You will coordinate trainings for peak systems, lead client consultations, and align the team with sales strategies while maintaining high customer service standards and flexibility for club openings.

Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience training private clients.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics for pregnancy and rehab guidance.
• Must pass a Personal Training Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
• Detail- and results-oriented with high professionalism and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Desire and ability to train all fitness levels.
• Strong presence across social media.
• Must have CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Must hold a current fitness certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor new personal trainers for the first 30 days.
• Schedule trainings to ensure trainers master the Club4Fitness POS (Peak/ABC Financial).
• Coach trainers on effective client consultations and shadowing for proficiency.
• Instill fundamental skills for efficient appointment setting and prospecting.
• Lead PT staff and ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
• Conduct session quality reviews and assign clients to trainers.
• Support new member sales strategies and engagement efforts.
• Perform monthly consultations and track KPI related to sales growth.
• Develop monthly trainer business plans and daily/weekly reporting.
• Provide support during grand openings or club openings.
