Responsibilities

• Mentor new PT staff through onboarding and first 30 days.
• Coach trainers on consultations and prospecting for clients.
• Assist scheduling, reporting, and monthly business plans.
• Support social media activities and promote the Club4Fitness brand.
• Fill trainer schedules with clients and lead group sessions.
• Ensure safety during workouts and enforce policies.
