Job summary

Club4Fitness in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a PT Manager who will recruit, hire, onboard and mentor new and existing personal trainers to meet performance targets within the club's training program.

You will oversee onboarding plans, coordinate trainings to ensure trainers are proficient with Peak/ABC Financial systems, coach consultations, assign clients, and drive sales growth while maintaining high member service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2- or 4-year degree in exercise science preferred.
• Current fitness certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA or NFPT.
• CPR/AED certification and ability to train clients with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new personal training staff with a 30-day plan and mentorship.
• Schedule trainings to develop knowledge of Peak or ABC Financial POS.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and run effective onboarding.
• Assign clients to trainers and support sales strategies for member growth.
• Promote client retention through guidance and training program oversight.
• Lead personal training staff and ensure policy understanding.
• Coordinate with PT Director on club visit game plans and KPI focus.
