Job summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking an energetic, people-focused Exercise Coach. You will deliver personalized strength, balance, and stretch sessions and create an exceptional client experience using our coaching methodology and proprietary technology.

You will mentor new coaches as we expand, and there is potential for leadership growth. This role values a positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for helping clients improve their health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Current CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Program and Stretch & Balance Certification (provided upon hire)
• Positive, energetic, and coachable attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable learning and using fitness technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized exercise sessions in accordance with The Exercise Coach standards and coaching methodology.
• Evaluate clients' fitness levels, movement patterns, and goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs based on client needs.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs as appropriate.
• Teach proper exercise technique, breathing, and safe equipment usage.
• Provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability throughout each session.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Create an exceptional coaching experience during every visit.
