Responsibilities

• Studio Culture: maintain a polite, professional, team-oriented attitude toward clients and coworkers.
• Personal Development: act as a brand ambassador and stay informed on fitness topics discussed in brand communications.
• Administrative Responsibilities: handle client accounts, forms, payments, data entry, and clerical duties as directed.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: conduct consultations, promote sessions, and contact clients to improve attendance.
• Studio Maintenance: keep the studio clean and organized and report needed repairs.
• Miscellaneous: follow Employee Handbook policies and ensure compliance.
