Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer in Minnesota to support members with personalized programs, coaching, and education. You will conduct fitness consultations, guide clients through training sessions, and promote personal training services.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and CPR/AED certification, with preferred bachelor’s in kinesiology or related field. Benefits and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients and sets goals.
