Life Time is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Minnesota to help members achieve their fitness goals through personalized programs, coaching, and education.

You will assess clients, design safe workouts, monitor progress, promote training services, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend programs.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
