Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members by delivering safe, effective training programs, offering guidance, and upholding the Life Time brand. You will build relationships, assess goals, and create personalized plans during sessions.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of training experience, and credentials such as a Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; ongoing credential maintenance is

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of personal training experience.
Certified Personal Trainer.
CPR and AED certification.
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for training sessions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
Maintains credentials and stays current with industry trends.
