Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Minnesota who builds client programs and guides members toward healthier lifestyles. You will conduct consultations, lead sessions, and promote training services with a focus on safety and results.

You should have at least 1 year of experience, CPT and CPR/AED certifications, and a strong knowledge of fitness, program design, and nutrition. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer (CPT) required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of a class and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that achieve goals and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe usage of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients to assess goals.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and customer education.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Keeps credentials current and pursues ongoing education.
