Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands, seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver customized training and support members on their health journey.

You will design programs, coach technique, and drive onboarding and retention while upholding Crunch’s standards and core values. Role supports club growth with reliable scheduling, client service, and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• ,
• Nationally accredited personal training certification (within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Design safe, effective, individualized fitness programs.
• Use assessments and goal-tracking tools regularly.
• Maintain session logs and progress documentation.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on fitness tools, track progress, and hold clients accountable.
• Conduct C1KO processes and needs analyses.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through program design and engagement.
