Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands, is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver high‑quality sessions and engage members with science‑based programming. You will drive client outcomes, support onboarding, and promote Crunch PT packages and nutrition solutions—while upholding the brand values of resilience, service, transformation, and excellence.

Flexible scheduling and a commission‑driven earning potential are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in exercise science or related field.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification required/obtained within 90 days of hire; CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal training sessions and an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients.
• Design safe, effective, individualized fitness programs and monitor progress using goal tracking.
• Maintain accurate session logs, progress documents, and proper technique coaching while ensuring client safety.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through relationships, program design, and training sessions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sessions, revenue, and supplements.
• Maintain a positive, energetic club presence and support a welcoming environment.
