Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, the Crunch Fitness partner in Wisconsin, seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality, science-based training and engage members across the client journey.

You’ll build relationships, coach proper technique, and drive client acquisition while embodying Crunch’s values. The role supports onboarding within the CrunchOne process and promotes fitness education and Wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification; CPT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Design safe, effective, and individualized fitness programs.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on fitness tools and resources and track progress.
• Support member service activities, seminars, and promotions.
