Job summary

Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality, science-based training sessions and education. You will engage members, drive client acquisition, and support retention through a strong client journey, utilizing CrunchOne processes and a dynamic club environment.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proper technique coaching, and achieving fitness goals while upholding Crunch values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Design safe, effective, individualized fitness programs based on client goals.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure client safety at all times.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sessions, revenue, and supplements.
• Maintain clean, organized training areas and engage members on the floor.
