Crunch Fitness powered by JEM Wellness Brands is hiring Personal Trainers to deliver individualized training, engage members, and drive client acquisition. You will design safe, science-based fitness programs, coach proper technique, and support members through their client journey.

This role emphasizes building relationships, meeting monthly training targets, and contributing to a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Must obtain nationally accredited PT certification within 90 days
• Bachelor's in exercise science or related field preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and onboarding for new clients
• Design safe, effective, individualized programs based on client goals
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and log sessions
• Maintain and document client progress and session logs
• Educate clients on fitness tools and resources and ensure safety during workouts
• Perform C1KO assessments and needs analyses
• Drive client engagement, retention, and program sales
