Job summary

Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands in Wisconsin seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver high‑quality sessions, build client relationships, and support member retention. You will educate clients, design programs, and promote Crunch PT packages in a fast-paced club environment.

Flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules and ongoing certification support are provided, with earnings potential tied to client volume and performance.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified personal trainer within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition fundamentals.
• Ability to motivate clients and deliver high‑quality training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal training sessions and an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Design safe, individualized fitness programs based on client goals.
• Use assessments and goal-tracking tools to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure client safety at all times.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sessions, revenue, and sales.
• Keep training areas clean, organized and welcoming.
