Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking motivated Fitness Professionals to design training programs focusing on exercise and nutrition. You’ll build individualized client plans and may lead small group sessions in a dedicated space.

Responsibilities include creating programs using Trainerize, supporting members to achieve healthier lifestyles, and contributing to a team focused on member success and growth. Certification in Personal Training or Nutrition is required, CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to design a basic program with cardiovascular and resistance protocols for a 6–10 week timeframe.
• A current nationally recognized certification in Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer or Nutrition.
• CPR Certification.
