Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Texas is seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level team member to join our Member Services desk. You will provide friendly, accurate information about club operations and greet members with a can-do attitude.

You may be trained in Café, Recovery + Spa, Housekeeping, or Sports Facilities. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, multitasking, and the ability to handle a high-volume phone environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy phones.
• Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Five-star customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Member Services Desk and apply club policies and procedures.
• Provide consistent quality service and accurate information regarding all areas of club operations.
• Assist across multiple departments such as Café, Recovery + Spa (reception), Housekeeping and Sports Facilities.
