Job summary

Villa Sport is hiring for childcare positions including Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception to supervise children from infant to school age. The role involves leading activities, ensuring safety, and providing age-appropriate program supervision at our Colorado clubs.

The ideal candidate has prior child supervision experience, is at least 18, and possesses or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Certification in adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience supervising children.
• Ability to visually observe children and intervene when safety is compromised.
• Physically able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs.
• May be required to meet state requirements for working in a licensed child care facility (e.g., 2 approved Early Childhood courses).
• Club sponsored certification programs may be available.
