Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking dynamic Fitness Professionals to build personalized exercise and nutrition programs for members in a fast-paced setting. Trainers will create in-house, 6–10 week plans and may run small group sessions of 4–12 participants using platforms like Trainerize.

A strong service attitude and desire to grow with the team are essential. We offer hourly pay based on experience, a 401(k) with up to 4% match, complimentary club membership, and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to design a basic program including cardio and resistance for a 6–10 week time frame.
• Current nationally recognized certification in Personal Trainer/Fitness Trainer or Nutrition; CPR certification.
