In partnership with store leadership, you will elevate the customer experience and contribute measurable impact to store performance through authentic engagement, proactive outreach, and event-driven visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, styling, clienteling, or advanced selling experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in personalized styling, outfitting, and consultations.
• Customer-focused and motivated by delivering strong experiences and sales results.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with appointment management and follow-ups.
• Comfortable navigating technology and digital tools used to support engagement.
• Collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passionate about the brand, its heritage, products, and values.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Able to maneuver throughout salesfloor and stockroom, lifting up to 30 lbs.
