Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Rockville, MD is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by providing branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships, and delivering a positive, educational member experience aligned with Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include designing safe client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions (PNF, contract-relax), promoting sessions, documenting progress, and staying current with certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for an entire class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
