Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly Personal Shopping Assistant to support the Personal Shopping Team by maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise and selling needs, and learn product features to adapt to business needs and scheduling requirements. No formal education is required; entry-level friendly attitude encouraged, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience; no education or experience is required.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and demonstrate an energetic, positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively and work well with customers, peers, and management.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, learn new procedures, and work as part of a team.
• Present a poised, polished, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation standards and a neat, clean, organized shopping environment.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, attentive service to internal and external customers.
• Locate presold merchandise and provide additional selling support as needed.
• Learn merchandise features and benefits and adapt to business needs and scheduling requirements.
