Job summary

Brobston Group in New York is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to guide customers and create a welcoming shopping experience, in-store and online, through gracious service and strong product knowledge.

You will drive sales, support merchandising and fulfillment, operate the register, and maintain fitting rooms and the sales floor. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, creative-thinking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
