Job summary

Credit Karma, part of Intuit, seeks a Staff Corporate Strategy Associate for Personal Loans. You will partner with the General Manager to drive data-driven strategic initiatives, shape product and partnership directions, and guide cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering.

You will analyze the personal loans market, monitor competitors, and translate insights into prioritized actions that move the business forward with credibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total work experience in fields like management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or related analytics.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze problems with quantitative approaches and identify key drivers.
• Executive presence with the ability to present and debate recommendations at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the General Manager of Personal Loans and leadership.
• Lead strategic projects from framing the problem to recommendations and execution.
• Oversee annual and long-range strategic planning for the vertical.
• Identify growth opportunities including partnerships, products, and acquisitions.
• Stay current with competitive landscape and macroeconomic factors and translate insights into strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional Personal Loans Core Team and manage KPIs and dashboards.
• Present analyses and recommendations to vertical leadership and senior executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Finance and Engineering.
