Job summary

Credit Karma, part of Intuit, seeks a Staff Corporate Strategy Associate embedded in the Personal Loans vertical. You will partner with the GM and leadership to drive data-driven strategic initiatives and operationalize them to move the business forward.

The role involves leading cross-functional projects, shaping long-range plans, and providing an executive-level perspective on prioritization and resource allocation within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations or a related analytical role (MBA preferred)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative and analytical approaches, and identify the key drivers of a business
• Ability to synthesize information and present to executives; executive presence to articulate and debate recommendations
• Excels in ambiguous environments; drive cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of management
• Strong project management skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, payments or fintech is preferred
• Passion for excellence and openness to developmental feedback

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the General Manager of Personal Loans to drive data-driven decisions and a clear strategic agenda
• Structure and lead strategic projects for the vertical from framing to analysis, recommendations and executive alignment
• Lead annual and long-range strategic planning for the vertical and advise on prioritization and allocation of resources
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for Personal Loans leveraging the Credit Karma platform and partnerships
• Monitor the competitive landscape and macroeconomic environment and translate insights into actions
• Coordinate cross-functional Personal Loans Core Team to enable effective decision-making and progress tracking
• Prepare presentations and communications with data-driven analyses for leadership at vertical, Credit Karma, and Intuit
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Finance and Engineering to iterate on strategy
