Credit Karma, part of Intuit, seeks a Staff Corporate Strategy Associate for Personal Loans in Oakland, CA. You will partner with the General Manager to shape the long-term strategy, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure data-driven decisions across Product, Marketing, and Finance.

The role demands strong analytical ability, executive communication, and the capacity to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations or a related analytical role (MBA preferred)
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to synthesize information and present concise, executive-level viewpoints
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, payments or fintech is strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a thought partner to the General Manager of Personal Loans to drive data-driven decisions and strategic agenda
• Lead strategic projects from framing problems to recommendations and execution
• Lead annual and long-range strategic planning for the vertical
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for Personal Loans and partner ecosystems
• Stay current with competitive and macroeconomic trends and translate insights into actions
• Coordinate cross-functional Personal Loans Core Team and manage KPIs and dashboards
• Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to leadership
