Job summary

Credit Karma, part of Intuit, is seeking a Staff Corporate Strategy Associate for Personal Loans. You will partner with the General Manager to drive strategic initiatives, analyze the personal loans marketplace, and translate insights into actionable plans for vertical and company leadership.

You will collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Finance and Engineering to shape the strategy, and must excel in ambiguity with a bias for action and independent execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total work experience, with 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations or related analytical role (MBA preferred)
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to analyze problems using quantitative methods and identify key business drivers
• Ability to synthesize information and present concise executive viewpoints
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, payments or fintech is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the General Manager of Personal Loans and lead strategic projects.
• Structure and lead cross-functional projects from framing to execution and alignment.
• Lead annual and long-range strategic planning for Personal Loans.
• Identify growth opportunities including partnerships and adjacent products.
• Stay current with the competitive landscape and macroeconomic factors affecting Personal Loans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable effective decision-making and tracking.
• Deliver data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership.
