Lendmark Financial Services LLC is hiring a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience and provide personal loan solutions. The role emphasizes building a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals, with focus on compliance, monthly goals, and accuracy.

The position offers potential quarterly incentive compensation and a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience is preferred.
• Cash handling.
• Computer skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Receive and process credit and employment verifications, and record information.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits; complete loan closings; handle account activities related to collections.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and record/file documentation.
• Operate cash drawer; process bank deposits; maintain records and balances; close the branch.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
