Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Cash handling experience and strong computer skills.
• Customer service skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals within limits.
• Close loans, handle account activities and contact customers.
• Prepare reports, documentation and filing; maintain records.
• Operate cash drawer, process deposits and balance the branch.
• Market branch products and services to customers; perform other duties.
