Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and over the phone; process verifications and record information.
• Process payments and distributions; provide recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within lending limits and handle related account activities and collections where needed.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, and documentation; maintain filing and records.
• Operate cash drawer, process deposits, and close branch accounting balances.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
