Trellis is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to serve customers nationwide in a fully remote role. You’ll drive the complete sales cycle across phone, text, and email, offering Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more from 80+ carriers.

The role rewards performance with commissions and bonuses; top earners exceed $100K annually, with some reaching $160K+. You’ll use AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
• Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both phone and written.

Uncapped Earning Potential

• Base salary plus generous commissions for every sale above your monthly floor

What You’ll Do

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more - meeting real customer needs every day

• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email - connecting with customers on their preferred channel to create a seamless, personalized experience

• Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each customer - no one-size-fits-all options here

• Leverage AI-powered tools and tech - streamline your workflow to maximize your impact and boost your earnings

• Close 60+ policies/ month with warm, inbound leads - no cold calling, just real conversations with real customers

What You Bring to the Table

• At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license

• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience

• Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills - phone and written

• Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt

Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and recharge. We’ll work together during the interview process to find a schedule that aligns with your needs and our customers’ experience.
