You’ll own the full sales cycle—phone, text, and email—connecting with customers in their preferred channel while using AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and earnings. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• 2+ years in Personal Lines insurance sales.
• Experience in a multi-carrier contact center.
• History of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Uncapped Earning Potential

The formula is simple: more sales = more income.

Base salary plus generous commissions for every sale above your monthly floor.

What You’ll Do

• Close 60+ policies/month with warm, inbound leads - no cold calling, just real conversations with real customers.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - phone and written
• Tech‑savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt

Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and recharge. We’ll work together during the interview process to find a schedule that aligns with your needs and our customers’ experience.
