Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients by building trusted relationships, addressing service requests, and proactively identifying insurance needs to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities through referrals, networking, digital leads, and existing client relationships.
  • Conduct coverage reviews to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and educate clients on policy provisions and available options.
  • Identify and capitalize on account rounding and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client protection and increase account value.
  • Oversee all aspects of the policy lifecycle, including quoting, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coverage modifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, activity notes, and sales pipeline information within agency management systems and proprietary software platforms.
  • Achieve performance goals and KPIs related to new business production, retention, cross-selling, referrals, and overall book growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to provide clients with competitive coverage options and service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to deliver efficient service and comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements, market opportunities, and client experience initiatives to support operational excellence.
  • Mentor and support team members as needed to enhance overall team performance.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current on personal insurance products, market trends, carrier programs, and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive – Personal Lines to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a personal insurance book of business through a combination of relationship management, insurance consulting, and sales activities. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities to expand coverage, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
