OneGroup is a growing insurance and risk management firm seeking a Personal Insurance Producer to drive outside sales and build a robust client roster. You will present tailored insurance solutions, grow our book of business, and coordinate with carriers to secure optimal coverage.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, renewal reviews, and strong relationship management to meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Florida 2-20, 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Minimum age of 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new personal insurance sales opportunities outside the office to grow the client roster.
• Present insurance solutions consultatively with strong product knowledge across offerings.
• Develop and execute a business plan based on established sales objectives.
• Conduct on-going renewal reviews for existing clients and expand the book of business.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospecting outcomes.
• Acquire detailed client information for quoting and underwriting, then hand off to service team.
• Build and maintain a database of leads via referrals, canvassing, mail, email, and networking.
• Work with referral partners and carriers to ensure optimal coverage and service.
