OneGroup is seeking a Business Risk Specialist to drive new commercial insurance sales and cross-sell OneGroup products. You will build a growing client roster, review client needs, and present effective insurance solutions.

The role requires a Property/Casualty license (or willingness to obtain), 3–5 years of sales experience, and strong communication skills. You will work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• License in Property/Casualty required.
• Maintain Agent/Broker License via CE.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with contact management software.
• Familiar with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Assertive, self-starter who can influence others.
• Good organizational skills; multi-tasking capability.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• All applicants 18+.

Aufgaben

• Generate new commercial insurance sales as outside sales pro.
• Build and maintain a growing client roster; meet sales and service standards.
• Present insurance solutions with strong product knowledge.
• Sell consultatively based on client needs.
• Maintain CRM records for prospects and pipeline.
• Develop qualified leads via referrals, canvassing, mail, email, and networking.
• Record all sales and prospecting activity.
• Gather client information for underwriting and pricing submissions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and ethical codes.
• Attend sales meetings and events; participate in cross‑marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with support departments and affiliated companies.
• Pursue continuing education and credentialing.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain compliance with all laws and training requirements.
