Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join its collaborative insurance team in Ludington, Michigan. This onsite role focuses on building and developing a book of personal lines business through relationship building, referrals, and lead generation support.

Qualifications

• Prior personal lines sales experience preferred.
• Active P&C license required.
• Life license or experience with life products is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal lines book (home/auto/umbrella/life).
• Generate new business via referrals, centers of influence, and leads.
• Develop relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and carriers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate within the team and participate in ongoing training.
