Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to join a growing insurance agency in a hybrid role. You will develop client relationships, tailor personal lines solutions, and contribute to business growth through referrals and cross-selling. In-office training is provided before a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a P&C license and has personal lines experience, with AMS360 a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in personal lines insurance.
• Experience in an agency or captive environment preferred.
• AMS360 experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions for standard personal lines accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, documentation and workflows.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and growth.
