Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Experience in personal lines insurance.
• AMS360 experience is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions for standard personal lines accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, maintain documentation, and streamline workflows.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to advise clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support retention and growth.
