Job summary

The Misch Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer (Captive Agent) to join our insurance and financial services team in Bucks County. You will develop sales plans, expand client relationships, and recommend suitable insurance and financial products.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial services or proven P&C sales, possess active P&C and Health/Life licenses, and demonstrate strong communication and rapport-building skills with a coachable attitude.
