Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Experience in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
