Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and develop customized insurance quotes for auto, home, and other personal lines of insurance.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current insurance products and market trends.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active or attainable state insurance producer license (e.g., Property & Casualty)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
