The Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. The role focuses on building relationships with real estate agents, networking, and driving insurance sales in a dynamic environment with access to a steady stream of leads from our real estate partnerships.

You will handle inbound (40%) and outside sales (60%), conduct presentations, and use Salesforce, Applied EPIC and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• Must have active Texas Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum 2 years in insurance sales, preferably with independents.
• Experience with multiple carriers is desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate leads.
• Handle inbound leads (40%) and engage in outside sales (60%).
• Conduct networking activities—presentations, speeches, in-house meetings.
• Meet or exceed a $250,000 written premium target in year one.
• Use Salesforce, Applied EPIC and DocuSign to manage client interactions.
• Attend two weeks of training at the corporate office.

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with access to a steady stream of leads, thanks to our strong partnerships in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, networking, and driving insurance sales.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
• Commission: 55% on new business, with a minimum of 2.5% renewal commission after the first year (renewal percentage can increase based on performance).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate leads.
• Handle inbound leads (40%) and engage in outside sales activities (60%).
• Conduct networking activities, including presentations, speeches, and in-house meetings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas, with a target of $250,000 in written premium for the first year.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign to manage client interactions and sales processes.
• Attend a minimum of two weeks of training at the corporate office to ensure a strong start.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, preferably within an independent agency. Experience with multiple carriers is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills, professionalism, ability to read the room, and excellent conversational abilities.
