Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer in Cincinnati to join a growing independent agency. This role focuses on new business production and sales across Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverages, leveraging inbound leads and referrals to build a profitable personal lines book.

You will quote, present, and close policies, follow up with prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with the service team to transition accounts into ongoing servicing.

Formación

• Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverage.
• Excellent sales, communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.

Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing, independent insurance agency. This role focuses on new business production and sales, with an emphasis on Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella insurance coverage. You will have the opportunity to capitalize on an existing flow of inbound leads and referrals while building strong client relationships and growing a profitable book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Incentives: Competitive performance-based bonuses.
