Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Personal Lines Producer in Minnesota to manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients and help streamline workflows.

You will work closely with the Director of Personal Lines to oversee day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanded coverage. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to generate monthly progress reports while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active MN P&C license.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.

• Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the role.
