The ideal candidate will have an Illinois Property & Casualty License, previous insurance experience, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time in the Lincoln Park office, five days a week, and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the AMS Client Management System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and billing.
• Process policy changes, issue certificates and documents.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and representatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver prompt, professional service.
